  • Increased product line Operating Income from -10% to 20% in 18 months through combination of cost out, value pricing, and operational efficiency while improving quality, adding features, and having volume increase from 2.5MM annual units to 4MM by new customer acquisition. 
  • Drove double digit sales and profitability growth while balancing plant moves and consolidations, SKU reduction, record global demand with plants over capacity, and still brought new products to market by partnering with all functions and stakeholders on common goals.   
  • Launched the first global SaaS offering for Honeywell’s buildings business. Included introduction of new sales process, reoccurring revenue model, and value selling. By winning key accounts early grew to $100MM business in 18 months.   
  • Drove modernization plan and required investment in product business by gaining organization wide alignment to customer needs for Internet of Things edge devices and alignment to SaaS strategy and business transformation.
